Let me start out by saying that I was down 1.6 lbs at my weigh-in on Friday. I went a day early because Dave and I had plans to go to his buddies cabin on Saturday. I am at a total loss of 27.9 lbs. YAY!
I hope you all had an excellent long weekend. As I mentioned Dave and I went to a cabin in Whitbourne on Saturday and it was really beautiful. I saw one moose on the highway on our way home, but thankfully it was way off to the side. Those things terrify me and I never want to see one up close.
I didn’t stick to my regular diet/routine this weekend and I did have 3 bad days of eating. I was really hard on myself this morning and felt guilty for all that I ate. In the long run it wasn’t really worth it, but I guess that’s what life is all about. There will always be bumps in the road, we’re human and we are not perfect.
Today, I started out by eating clean again and I will try to reverse the damage this week by hitting the gym hard, doing my workout DVD and eating clean as well as within my points.
Here are a few quotes for those of you who fell off the wagon this long weekend, time to get back on track again. Let’s all give each other some moral support!
I’ve decided that this week I will work really hard! I’m going to burn off all the calories I consumed this weekend and I will have a loss at my weigh-in on Saturday.
Cheating on your diet is not worth it… Tomorrow is a new day and I will fight for what I want.
What are you going to change this week?
This next song is by a Canadian Indie band from Burlington, Ontario that was formed in 2006. They have a fresh new sound and have worked hard for the successes. For the first few years they weren’t signed on with any record labels, booking agents or management. In 2012 they eventually signed on with Columbia Records. That just goes to show, if you work hard at something you love, you can achieve ANYTHING!!
