Good afternoon everyone!
Sorry I’ve been MIA (missing in action – for those of you don’t know the abbreviation). I have had a couple of stressful months and I haven’t had time to document my workouts and eating regime through my blog
Last week there were a few bumps in the road with some family stuff. I have been a little preoccupied to say the least.
I am back on the wagon today. I have still been tracking what I’ve been eating for myself and exercising when I can. I will start sharing this information with you just as I did before. I’ll share my meals and it will feel like we were never apart.
Dave went back to Ontario for a couple of weeks as he had a conference and visited our families and friends. He is back home tomorrow and I am ecstatic. I restocked the fridge with some fresh fruits and vegetables and took a nice little walk around my neighbourhood in St. John’s, NL. It’s 28 degrees and the sun is shining.
Today I’m going to keep this blog short and sweet, but I promise I shall return again tomorrow and share some new recipes/photos and some of the exercises I’ve been doing. And, I’ll update you on my current weight…
