Join me on my weight loss journey! I will be posting what I eat accompanied with an image, nutritional information and ingredients. I’ll document my workouts and list anything new or fun I’ve tried.

Here is a before and current picture of myself. When I first started Weight Watchers I weighed 203.4 pounds (left). That is my scary number and I am determined to never face that number on the scales ever again.
My personal weight loss goal is to be between 137 to 150 pounds. I will track the inches I’ve lost and keep an eye on my BMI (Body Mass Index). My body will tell me where it is comfortable.
